Roderick E. Frazier

President

Mr. Frazier formed Frazier Industries, LLC, to acquire and advise privately-owned or closely held enterprises. Frazier Industries’ principal activity includes capital planning, structuring and arranging capital in mergers, acquisitions and refinancings of privately-owned or closely held companies for a variety of industries sectors.

In addition to his extensive capital raising and financing work, Mr. Frazier serves as Chairman and CEO of Production Spring, LLC, a global manufacturer of metal clips, clamps, brackets and industrial metal components for the automotive industry.

Prior to forming Frazier Industries, he served as a Senior Vice President of Fifth Third Bank in Chicago in the Business Development Group.  The South Market, which he managed, consisted of a portfolio in excess of $2 Billion and was one of the top performing divisions within the bank.  Mr. Frazier has extensive banking experience in structuring and providing senior debt in a leveraged buyout environment.  His banking experience also included negotiating inter-creditor agreements on behalf of the senior lender with various stakeholders in leveraged buyout and merger transactions.

Prior to Fifth Third he held positions with American National Bank & Trust Company in Chicago in their Asset Based Lending Division, where he was involved in over 100 asset-based lending transactions.

Mr. Frazier graduated from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management in 1989 with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  He is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management’s Executive Master’s Program with an MBA and Master of Management.  Mr. Frazier was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County, Inc.
